RULES & REGULATIONS
It is mandatory for the students to maintain discipline in and outside the campus. The flouting of the rules and regulations would invite severe disciplinary action, such as disqualification, suspension, expulsion or rustication etc.
1. In case if the attendance of the students is poor i.e., less than 75% in academics and less than 100% in clinical.
2. Unsatisfactory progress in internal sessional examination examinations and non-submission and/or unsatisfactory practical record/project work.
3. It is mandatory to appear in sessional and pre-university exams.
4. The students are involved in ragging or harassing other students in college premises and in the hostel will be accordingly punished.
5. Every student has to take permission from principal or concerned teacher while going on leave.
6. If any student is ill, he/she must produce medical certificate along with leave application.
7. If any student is found responsible for any damage, mishandling of instrument, apparatus, furniture, and electrical installation etc. in college as well as in hospital will be charged or punished according to the decision made by principle and management committee.
8. The students will not be permitted in the college premises without the prescribed uniform and its mandatory for the students to carry valid identity card in the institute premises.
9. The student can be disqualified and suspended, expelled on account of his/her misconduct, poor academic performance, rude behavior or non-payment of dues, however the final decision will be at the decision of the principal or management of the college.
10. Misbehavior with any employee of the institute will be punishable.
11. If any student wants to discontinue the course in mid-session, has to pay all the dues before leaving the college. In case of failure to clear the dues the original documents will not be returned until the dues are cleared.
12. The students found to be involved in agitation, political activities, unhealthy propaganda or any act that may defame the institute will be charged or punished according to the decision made by principal and management.
The management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations from time to time as required.
